When and how will I receive my refund?
The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items and their corresponding evaluation by our Quality Department, via an immediate bank transfer.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, our online store only ships to Andorra, Spain, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Switzerland.
Will I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?
Orders placed within the European Union are exempt from customs duties. All our orders are shipped from Portugal. Orders placed and shipped to countries outside the European Union will be subject to the customs and import duties of the destination countries.
